owns the Bokö Product Lines

Reutlingen Germany - As of July 1, 1997 the original Bokö spinning and flowforming
machine product lines have been purchased from NCMaschinen, a division of Burkhart &
Weber Holding by Leico, the current owner of the original Leifeld product line. Bokö was
Leifeld's largest competitor prior to the liquidation of the Esslingen and Neuhausen
facilities.
The original Bokö Spinning Machine Design dates back to the 1920's and has to its
credit a long series of technological innovations that lead the market. Bokö was the
first builder to use ISO N Block CNC control to control a flowformer, the first to use an
electronic control for the machine, the first to use hydraulics and the first to use
modular machine component system design for spinning & flowforming.
