Bokö USA, Inc. Has a New Name!For Immediate Release. July 3, 1996. Rockford, Illinois. As of August 1, 1996, Bokö USA Inc. will become Bokö Services Group, Inc. to better reflect the nature of the enterprise Bokö has become. Bokö Services Group, Inc. will be the umbrella corporation for offshore corporations seeking to provide a United States presence for their customers. We will continue to provide machine sales and service for the Bokö line of fine six (6) axis machine tools, spinning machines and flowforming machines.
